Memorial Day weekend is over, and two of the most popular Alpharetta events are happening this week.

🍽️ Food Truck Alley and Truck & Tap Music Fest Take Place This Week
Two free events are taking over Downtown Alpharetta this Thursday and Saturday, featuring food trucks, live music, and craft beer.
Food Truck Alley kicks off Thursday, May 28, from 5PM–9PM on Old Roswell Street, with more than 10 food trucks, live music, and family-friendly seating.
Truck & Tap's Music Fest runs Saturday, May 30, from 6PM–11PM at 30 Milton Avenue, with two live acts: Nostalgia on Cassette at 6PM (80s/90s/2000s hits) and Steele Peach Band at 9PM (Southern rock and modern favorites). Food trucks South of Philly and The Baked Alpaca will be on site from 5PM–10PM.
Both events are free. Parking for Food Truck Alley is available in the decks at 92 Milton Ave. and 2 Park Plaza.
🇺🇸 Alpharetta’s Memorial Day Tribute Drew a Standing-Room Crowd
Alpharetta's annual Memorial Day ceremony packed City Hall with a meaningful tribute featuring a remarkable keynote speaker.
The event featured music from the Alpharetta City Band and a presentation of colors by the Johns Creek Veterans Association Color Guard. Originally planned for Brooke Street Park, the event was moved inside City Hall due to rain.
The keynote speaker was retired U.S. Army Captain Tommy Clack, who was wounded on the Cambodian border in 1969, losing three limbs. He spent 22 months at the Atlanta VA Medical Center undergoing 33 operations and has been a public speaker since 1970.

This 40-pound, ten-month-old love is anything but shy, despite her name. Prudence is full of life, fun, and always ready to play. She loves to learn and is easily motivated by both treats and toys.
Prudence would most likely be best with an experienced dog owner, with no young children. She loves people and other dogs and is very comforted in their company. Ideally, Prudence would have a bandmate who might enjoy her playful spirit.
She comes with a foster-to-adopt option, so you can make sure you “band” together perfectly before making your union final.
She has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on all preventatives and vaccinations.
